Shop Pay is a checkout service from Shopify that lets customers save their payment information to speed up the checkout process on participating stores. Customers can store their email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information, which is then encrypted and securely stored on Shopify's PCI compliant servers. When customers return to a store, their saved information can autofill checkout fields. 

Shop Pay also offers chargeback protection from fraud for Shopify merchants. This feature is available for free and helps protect eligible orders against fraudulent and unrecognized chargebacks.

Online Purchase Return Policy

 

Walnut Creek Vacuum offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers must return the purchased item in original packaging accompanied by Order# within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:

 

  • Special Order parts are non-returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
  • Initial Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping will be paid for by the customer unless the error was made by Walnut Creek Vacuum (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by Walnut Creek Vacuum.
  • Products must be accompanied with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with the item purchase.
  • Walnut Creek Vacuum assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
  • Walnut Creek Vacuum reserves the right to take up to 15 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
  • If the item shows excessive wear and tear or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. Walnut Creek Vacuum will deduct from the return purchase amount a $75 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear, and a $100 cleaning fee for products with smoke damage. Walnut Creek Vacuum will email the customer upon receipt of the damaged item to let the customer know what charges will be held from their return. Email will be sent to the customer email used upon purchase.

 

Steps for Return / Exchange

 

  1.  Mark your packing slip with the reason for return/exchange.
  2.  Make sure your package is accompanied with your order #. Please do not write or sticker directly on the original packaging.
  3.  Include all items in the original packaging and accessories received in addition.
  4.  Mail in an outer protective box or envelope to the following address:

5.  Be sure to track your package as Walnut Creek Vacuum does not assume responsibility for lost return packages.
6.  Allow up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item for processing return request and receiver of credit.




**Please Note: Items must be packaged in their original container. If this is a vacuum, all vacuums must be in the original box, contained in an outer, protective shipping box, similar to the manner your package was initially delivered to you. Packages returned in a manner that is different from the description above will not be accepted, delivery will be refused, and the item will be sent back to the mailer.

 

Product Description

The three AIRBELT E models are powerful, ultra-quiet, lightweight, canister vacuum cleaners that offer innovative design, attractive contours, superb hospital- grade filtration, and an optimized internal airflow pathway that provides powerful suction performance.

They feature a 37-foot cleaning radius, a large-capacity filter bag, three on-board attachments, rubber-coated wheels to protect floor surfaces, and a durable telescopic tube with quick-release connections. They also have a full bag or clog indicator, control switch cord rewinder, and a soft-foam bumper that protects the vacuum, furniture, and walls from scuffs and scratches.

There are two straight-suction models that offer a choice of cleaning heads for use on hard floors and rugs. The E1 Kombi includes a combination nozzle with retractable bristles, and the E2 Turbo offers both an air-driven turbo head and a parquet brush. However, the E3 Premium offers the commercial-quality ET-1 power head that cleans both carpets and hard floors, has excellent pet hair removal, provides manual brush roller shut off, and the extension side of its L-shaped contour makes cleaning under counters easy. A parquet brush for cleaning hard floors with straight suction is also included. The E3’s ergonomically designed handle includes the suction adjustment switch, and it provides user comfort and effortless control of the power head’s 180° steering ability and super-low, 3.5-inch horizontal cleaning profile.

AIRBELT E3 PremiumDurable Power Head with Manual Height Adjustment, Amazing Steering Ability and Easy Brush Roller Removal - The ET-1 power head comes standard with either the graphite, arctic white, or red E3 Premium model, and has a 12-inch width.

The ET-1 power head has manual, four-level brush height adjustment, that effectively cleans both carpets and hard floors and offers manual brush shut off, for use on delicate rugs or other floor types that require straight-suction cleaning. Its amazing steering ability provides 180° maneuverability, and has easy brush roller removal, a convenient clog access door, automatic shut off for brush obstructions, and a light that indicates when brush height is set too high for optimal cleaning or when the brush roller should be replaced due to reaching maximum bristle wear.

Brush Roller Removal, User Warning Lights, and Automatic Obstruction Shut Off - The ET-1 power head has easy, tool-free brush roller removal, a handy clog removal door, and a red warning light, with automatic shut off, for brush roller obstructions. Also, its warning light remains illuminated during use, when brush height is set too high for optimal cleaning, or when the brush roller should be replaced due to reaching maximum bristle wear.

Adjustment on Handle. Tapered Suction Hose - The handle includes a slider switch that provides convenient suction control, for normal to more delicate cleaning tasks. Its unique tapered suction hose further increases airflow velocity and minimizes clogs.

AIRBELT E1 Kombi and E2 Turbo

The AIRBELT E1 and E2 models are straight-suction vacuums. Thus, they differ from the AIRBELT E3 as follows:

Turbo Head and Parquet Brush, or Kombi Nozzle, but No Power Head - The E1 and E2 models have telescopic tubes and suction hoses without integrated power cords, so they do not accommodate electric power heads. Instead, the E1 Kombi comes with only a combination nozzle, with retractable bristles, to clean hard floors and rugs. The E2 Turbo comes with an air-driven turbo head for rugs, and a parquet brush for hard floors.

Suction Adjustment Switch on Canister Body - Because the E1 and E2 models have hoses and telescopic tubes without power cords, their suction adjustment switches are located on the canister body, not the handle.

A Flat-to-the-floor 3 1/2-inch Profile - A low, cleaning-head profile makes reaching under furniture and beds easy!

Mid-size Canister Vacuum - The AIRBELT E models are considered mid-size canister vacuums, which mean they are smaller, more compact machines that weigh about four pounds less than SEBO's D-model canisters
