I have not seen this high quality of service in many years of dealing with a company providing products and services to homeowners in this area and want other’s to be so pleased.
Tom saved me well over a thousand dollars in fixing my pool motor rather than falling for the phony stories about the absolute need to buy a new product from a big name pool service company. Had I contacted him before I had the pool company analyze my problem, I could have saved another hundred bucks for their visit to try to SELL me their newest replacement motor.
My repaired motor is humming like new and is performing like it did when I first bought it. The quality of this service is equally as impressive as the cost savings I have experienced. From my first discussion with him, Tom educated me about the alternatives of repairing or replacing my unit and honestly telling me about the benefits of each approach. Unlike the pool company, he explained that the examination of the failing motor should lead to the right solution . He, too, could have made a strong pitch for selling me a new motor but was concerned more about doing the right thing for his customer.
I will not think twice about where to go for electric motor service in the future and will recommend this fine company to anyone who wants a similar experience.
