Sanitaire Vacuums

General

Sanitaire Professional vacuums offer com-
mercial quality, reliability, performance and s677
cleaning power for home use. Featuring
long-life, high-efficiency motors and chrome-
plated steel parts, these vacuums are
built to last.

The History of Sanitaire Commercial

Sanitaire Heavy Duty vacuum cleaners were first offered to consumers in the 1950s. Then, in 1972, Eureka launched the Red Sanitaire products for commercial users after repeated requests from dealers. The commercial cleaning industry was still relatively small at the time as most hotels, businesses, schools and healthcare facilities were independently managed with on-site cleaning crews.

Sanitaire commercial products helped the early commercial cleaners save time and money while giving them top cleaning performance and durability. Cleaning crews got more “mileage” out of these new commercial products because they were built to last. Some innovations made it possible to switch out parts, maintain the products without taking them in for service, and provide filtration and eliminate bags.

Sanitaire commercial vacuums and products have been serving commercial cleaners for over 30 years. These long-lasting vacuums are durable and service parts are readily available and cost efficient. Some cleaners have been using the same Sanitaire vacuum for 20 years. The Eureka Company knows the importance of creating hardworking products that end users find convenient and easy to use and, with the Sanitaire commercial line, The Eureka Company has created affordable and durable cleaners that live long and work hard.

The innovative history of Sanitaire Commercial:  Walnut Creek Vacuum has been selling the Sanitaire line since the 60′s and have customers that still have their original vacuums

From The DUBC “BUY IN WALNUT CREEK”

General
http://thedubc.blogspot.com/2009/02/buy-walnut-creek.html

The DUBC believes it’s time the City of Walnut Creek and the local business community step up their efforts to promote a BUY Walnut Creek campaign. The effort has been moderately successful in Concord and given the list below, our businesses could use a helping hand.

Walnut Creek has already lost some great local stores, restaurants and businesses. One example is the three piano stores in town that have gone under recently (yes, there were three). What’s next, the three Persian rug stores downtown (yes, there are three)?
The growing list of going or gone businesses includes:
  • Taxis Hamburgers
  • Pinkys Pizza
  • Strings Restaurant
  • Colton Piano
  • Music Exchange
  • Sherman Clay Piano
  • Bombay
  • Moonstruck Chocolate (next to Bombay on Locust)
  • Bonanza Books
  • BeBe’s
  • GMC Dealership

Add the Alamo Pet Shop to the list. A few others in Alamo Plaza are on the short list. Hey Walnut Creek Vacuum– I like the way you run things. You still believe in great customer service! I will continue to patronize you. Actually the busineses that fix items such as appliances and cars are doing well. Nowadays, poeple tend to hang onto the old instead of going right out and buying a new one. That’s not a bad thing. In fact, maybe we’ll learn from the 50′s generation on how to make do and make things last. My stepmother still has her vacuum from the 50′s and it works!

The DUBC buys all their spare parts (belts, filters etc) at WC Vacuum! It’s not just for servicing and buying new vacuums.
